Bids Opening: The Monroe County Port Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Access Road for Powhatan Riverfront Development Thrasher Project #030-10258 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Monroe County Port Authority Economic Development Office located at 101 N Main St, Room 34, Woodsfield, OH 43793, until Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Envelope must have the following information presented on the front: Name and address of Bidder Bid on Contract – Access Road for Powhatan Riverfront Development Received by the Monroe County Port Authority Bids will be publicly read aloud, and an apparent low bidder will be announced. After the completion of the bid opening, the Bid Opening Requirement items will be checked for compliance as outlined on the Bid Opening Checklist on page BOR - 1 of these contract documents.
