Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at The Offices of The Capital Area Development Corporation of WV located at 1116 Smith Street, Charleston WV, 25301 until April 25, 2024, at 2:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A Pre-bid conference for the project will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 2:00pm at the project site, which is located at 1520 Dixie Street, Charleston, WV 25311. Attendance at the Pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents may be purchased from The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Blvd. 26330. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
