Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District located at 65 District Way, Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia 25402. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
