Addendum: There have been two addendums issued on this project. Addendum #1 issued on August 3, 2022 and Addendum #2 issued on August 11, 2022. Addendum #2 changed the Bid meeting to Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
Contract: CONTRACT #1 – ENTERPRISE ROAD AND HENDERSON RUN ROAD WATERLINE EXTENSION
Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Elizabeth Wirt Volunteer Fire Department located at 91 School View Street, Elizabeth, Wirt County, West Virginia 26143 until Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly as applicable to the Project opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elizabeth Wirt Volunteer Fire Department located at 91 School View Street, Elizabeth, Wirt County, West Virginia 26143. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying the amount of each set listed below. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method requested.
