Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Roane County Family Health located at 146 Williams Drive, Spencer, WV 25276, until Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Roane County Family Health Care 146 Williams Drive, Spencer WV 25276. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy full-size drawings and hard copy specifications, are available for $30.00 per set.
