Addendum: The following is a clarification for the above reference project. A. CLARIFICATION BOR sheets 5 & 6 (Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit) were inadvertently left out of the bid documents and will not be required to submit you bids. However, once bids are open and there is an intent to award, then that contractor will have to provide their drug work free policy. This Clarification #1 does not have to be recognized as an addendum.

Bids Opening: Thrasher Project #T30-11212 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Harrison County Board of Education located at 445 W. Main Street, Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia until Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 10:00 am at The Thrasher Group, Inc, 600 White Oaks Blvd., Bridgeport, WV 26330 in the Ground Floor Conference Room. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
