Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Greater Harrison County Public Service District at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia 26330 until Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: The Greater Harrison County Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 11:00 am by the Greater Harrison County Public Service District, at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, WV 26330. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
