Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the Doddridge County Administrative Annex FF&E Contract will be received by the Doddridge County Commission, located at 118 E. Court Street, West Union, Doddridge County, West Virginia, until 12:00 p.m. (noon), L.P.T., on Thursday, September 15, 2022, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements of the Contract Documents will be provided to the Doddridge County Commission for consideration.
Pre-Bid: Pre-Bid Date/Time: Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1:30 a.m. Pre-Bid Location: Thrasher Building Ground Floor Conference Room 600 White Oaks Blvd., Bridgeport, WV The pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory; however, in-person or virtual participation is strongly encouraged to fully understand the bidding process. If a potential bidder is unable to attend the pre-bid meeting in-person, they may email Tesla Smith at Thrasher tdsmith@thethrashergroup.com to receive a Teams invite for virtual attendance.
