Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Slack Plaza Renovations will be received, by the City of Charleston located at 501 Virginia Street, East, Kanawha County, West Virginia until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, April 23, 2021 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, located at 180 Laidley Street, Charleston, WV on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., L.P.T.
