Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center Annex Building Renovations will be received by the Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center located at 5260 W. Little Kanawha Highway, Grantsville, West Virginia until 1:30 p.m., L.P.T., Wednesday, September 22, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and per¬forming all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. located at Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center, Grantsville, WV located at 5260 W. Little Kanawha Highway, Grantsville, WV 26147. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
