Contract: Contract 2 - Raw Water Supply and Water Distribution System Improvements

Bids Opening: Village of Caldwell (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Contract #2 – Raw Water Supply and Water Distribution System Improvements T10-11021 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Village of Caldwell located at 215 West St., Caldwell, OH 43724, until Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, at 2:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Contract #2: Installation of a new raw water supply line to supplement Owner’s existing supply line, construction of a sodium permanganate dosing station, and installation of a 6” water line along Lincoln Drive to Owners East Tank.

Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 24, 2024, at 10:00am at The Caldwell Municipal Building, 215 West St., Caldwell, OH 43724. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
