Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Westover City Hall located at 500 Dupont Rd, Westover, WV 26501, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Westover City Hall located at 500 Dupont Rd, Westover, WV 26501. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying the amount of each set listed below.
