Century Equities engaged Thrasher to provide comprehensive architectural and inspection services for a 112-unit Hawthorn Suites hotel located in the White Oaks Business Park. Our team was responsible for developing detailed floor plans, building elevations, and typical wall sections, along with conducting building inspections throughout the project. We also prepared the roof plan and roof framing plan, foundation plan, and a full set of interior details. Additionally, we created door and hardware schedules, finish schedules, and other critical documentation to ensure the successful execution of the project from design through construction.
