Designed for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, this completed 50-acre development sits atop a hilly site formerly farmed by the W.V. Dept. of Agriculture, less than 10 minutes from the original hospital it replaced. After its design inception, the vision of a first-rate psychiatric treatment facility was completed. The project includes 25,000 sq ft of office and office-related support space within its 215,000 total sq ft area. The total cost was $30,000,000.
