Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town of Louisa located at 212 Fredericksburg Avenue, Louisa, VA 23093, until Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. BID DATE CHANGED PER ADDENDUM #1.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Town of Louisa located at 212 Fredericksburg Avenue, Louisa, VA 23093. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
