Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements Project, Contract #2 – 256,000 Gallon Storage Tank will be received at the offices of The Thrasher Group, located at 600 White Oaks Blvd., Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on Thursday, August 20 2020, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud. Attendance at this bid opening will also be available through conference call. The conference call in number will be provided via Addendum.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Blvd., Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
