Contract: CONTRACT #1 - MUNDAY ROAD, FISH HATCHERY ROAD AND ENTERPRISE ROAD WATERLINE EXTENSION
Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract #1 – Munday Road, Fish Hatchery Road and Enterprise Road Waterline Extension will be received, by the Town of Elizabeth at the offices of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 300 Association Drive, Charleston, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2020. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which has been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud through live-stream, as social distancing guidelines will be followed. A link for the live-stream of the Bid Opening will be provided via Addendum.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held via conference call, Call-in Number: 304-848-6940; Conference Number: 1439089, and Go-To Meeting at the following address https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/813817957 at 10:00 a.m. local time on April 14, 2020 Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
