Bids Opening: All bids must be submitted electronically through wvOASIS or signed and delivered by the Vendor to the WV Purchasing Division. Acceptable delivery methods include electronic submission via wvOASIS, hand delivery, delivery by courier, or facsimile. Bid Opening is Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. ET.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held at The Thrasher Group's Charleston Office located at 300 Association Drive, Charleston, WV on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. L.P.T. Note: Initial meeting will be held at the office then travel to the five (5) individual project sites.
