Contract: SAFE SCHOOL ENTRANCE AND ROOF REPLACEMENT FOR SPENCER MIDDLE SCHOOL
Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the Safe School Entrance Renovations and Roof Replacement for Spencer Middle School will be received will be received at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 160 Association Drive, Charleston, WV 25311, until 1:00 pm, L.P.T., Thursday, December 2, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00 p.m., L.P.T. through live-stream. A link for the live-stream of the Bid Opening will be provided via Addendum.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., L.P.T. on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Spencer Middle School, located at 102 Chapman Avenue, Spencer, WV 25276.
