Bids Opening: Contract #2 – Water Treatment Plant Improvements 010-10103 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Mountain Top Public Service District located at 16521 George Washington Highway, Mount Storm, Grant County, WV 26739, until Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 10:00 am at Mountain Top Public Service District 16521 George Washington Highway, Mount Storm, Grant County, WV 26739. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
