Contract: CHAPLIN HILL BUSINESS PARK ACCESS ROAD
Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Chaplin Hill Business Park Access Road will be received by the Monongalia County Development Authority, at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, until 2:00 pm local time on March 21, 2019.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 local time on March 5, 2019 at The Thrasher Group, Inc. 600 White Oaks Boulevard Bridgeport, WV 26330. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $50 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D., are available for $30 per set.
