Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Marion County Parks & Recreations Office located at 1000 Cole St. Ste. B, Pleasant Valley, WV 26554, until Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10:00am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 11:00am at Mary Lou Retton Park located at 1 Mary Lou Retton Park Rd. Fairmont, WV 26554. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours of 8am-5pm. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method requested.
