Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Ivy Branch Trailhead Cabins Procurement & Installation will be received, by the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 160 Association Drive, Charleston, West Virginia until 1:00 p.m. local time on May 6th, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at the Hatfield McCoy Welcome Center parking lot located at 28 Big Pinnacle Branch Road, Julian, West Virginia. After meeting in the parking lot, project representatives and all prospective bidders will conduct a site visit.
