Contract: Former Hampshire Memorial Hospital Abatement
Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the Abatement of the Former Hampshire Memorial Hospital Site will be accepted by the Hampshire County Development Authority. Bids will be received at the Hampshire County Development Authority Office Building located at 91 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia, 26757 for furnishing labor, performing all work set forth in the contract documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc., until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the Former Hampshire Memorial Hospital Site located at 549 Center Avenue, Romney, West Virginia, 26757.
