Bids Opening: Bids for the Former Hampshire Memorial Hospital Demolition & Brownfield Abatement Project will be received at the Hampshire County Development Authority (Authority) Office Building located at Taggart Hall 91 South High Street, Romney, WV 26757, until Tuesday, January 17, 2023, 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Former Hampshire Memorial Hospital 549 Center Avenue, Romney WV. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
