Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Greenbrier County Public Service District #2 located at 222 Bill Johnson Drive, Rainelle West Virginia 25962, until Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: Pre-bid Conference for Contract #1 - #6 A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Greenbrier County Public Service District #2, 222 Bill Johnson Drive, Rainelle, WV 25962. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. There will also be a Microsoft Teams virtual option for this Mandatory Pre-Bid conference. If a Contractor is unable to attend this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in person, attending the meeting virtually will be acceptable.
