Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Building 400, 3717 Morgantown Industrial Park Road Morgantown, WV 26501. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
