Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements will be received, by the Enlarged Hepzibah Public Service District, at The Thrasher Group, Inc., 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia 26330 until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. **THIS WAS CHANGED BY ADDENDUM #1**
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Boulevard, Bridgeport, Harrison County, WV 26330.
