Court Street, West Union, Doddridge County, West Virginia, until 1:30 p.m., L.P.T., on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Note: Addendum No. 2 change the bid opening date to April 6, 2021 at 1:30 PM.
Pre-Bid: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the Doddridge County Courthouse (Courtroom), located at 118 E. Court Street, West Union, Doddridge County, West Virginia, on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., L.P.T.
