Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Milton City Hall located at 1139 Smith Street, Milton, Cabell County, West Virginia, until December 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Milton City Hall 1139 Smith Street, Milton, Cabell County, West Virginia. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Replacement of a portion of water line along Newman’s Branch consisting of approximately 9,250 linear feet of 8” PVC water line, 500 linear feet of polyethylene service tubing, 90 linear feet of steel casing pipe (bore and jack), three 8” gate valves, eight connections to existing water line, 36 reconnections to existing water meters, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete project.
