Contract: Contract #1 - J2Y35 Distribution System Improvements Mason County Public Service District
Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mason County Public Service District Office located at 101 Camden Avenue, Point Pleasant, WV 25550 until December 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 10, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Mason County Public Service District Office, located at 101 Camden Avenue, Point Pleasant, WV 25550. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bidding Documents: The Contract is a waterline extension to extend water service to the former J2Y35 Water Association water distribution system. The extension will consist of approximately 9,700 linear feet of 8” PVC water line, 2,320 linear feet of polyethylene service tubing, ten 8” gatevalves, six fire hydrants, 16 connections to existing water lines, reconnecting 72 water meters to the new water line, one booster station, restoration, and all appurtenances for a complete project.
