Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Topper Club Hill Water Line Rehabilitation Project will be received by the Clarksburg Water Board, located at 1001 South Chestnut Street, Harrison County, West Virginia, until 2 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 9, 2018.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m. local time on Thursday, July 26, 2018, beginning at Clarksburg Water Board, 1001 South Chestnut Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301, then continuing with a site visit immediately thereafter. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents issued as hard copy drawings and hard copy specifications are available for $100.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications on a C.D. are available for $75.00 per set.
