Bids Opening: Sealed bids for Contract #2 – Winfield Wastewater Treatment Plant SBR Equipment (Vendor Bid) will be received by the City of Winfield, located at 12448 Winfield Road, Winfield, Putnam County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on January 28th, 2020, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the Winfield Municipal Building, 12448 Winfield Road, Winfield, Putnam County, West Virginia, on January 8th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., L.P.T.
