Bids Opening: The City of Toronto (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 5th & Myers Water Line Improvements – Phase 2 Thrasher Project Number 010-10148 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Toronto City Hall located at 416 Clark Street, Toronto, OH 43964 until March 10th, at 9:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
