Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for the Winter Garden Park will be received by the City of Mannington, located at 216 Main Street, Mannington, Marion County, West Virginia, until 2:00 p.m., L.P.T., on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 PLEASE NOTE THE BID OPENING DATE HAS CHANGED VIA ADDENDUM #3.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the City of Mannington City Hall, located at 216 Main Street, Mannington, Marion County, West Virginia, on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at 2:30 p.m., L.P.T.
