Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 300 Association Drive, Charleston WV, 25311 until December 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 30, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Lincoln Public Service District, located at 250 Little Coal River Road, Alum Creek, WV 25003.

Bidding Documents: This Contract consists of the construction of an approximately 265,000-gallon above ground water storage tank, site work, site piping, valve vault, electrical, site fencing, improvements to the existing access road, and all other necessary appurtenances as shown on the construction drawings.
