Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00AM at OVP Health Care 6276 County Road 107 Proctorville, OH 45669. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
