Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project T60-11388 will be received at the office of the Point Pleasant Housing Authority located at 404 2nd Street, Point Pleasant, WV until April 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid West Virginia Contractor’s License and a minimum of 5-years’ experience in work required.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM at 404 2nd Street, Point Pleasant, WV. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
