Bids Opening: Sealed Bids for Winchester Avenue Elementary Schools will be received by the Berkeley County Board of Education at their offices, located at 1453 Winchester Avenue, Martinsburg, WV, until 1:00 p.m., L.P.T., on October 9, 2019.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference will be held at the Winchester Avenue Elementary School, located at 650 Winchester Avenue, Martinsburg, WV, on October 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., L.P.T.
