We were hired by Century Equities for a 112 unit Hawthorn Suites hotel located in White Oaks Business Park.
We were responsible for the preparation of floor plans, building elevations, typical wall sections, building inspections, roof plan, roof framing plan, foundation plan, interior details, door and hardware schedules, and finish schedules.
Site Layout + Design
In addition to the architectural work, we were in charge of site layout and design, permitting, bid documents, and MEP plans.
