Jason Boyd, PE
Transportation Division Manager
Jason has more than 18 years of hands-on experience designing roads and bridges and a thorough understanding of Department of Transportation policies and procedures. He has a solid reputation as a project manager, roadway engineer, and quality control professional.
Chad Biller, PE
Business Development
Chad has been with The Thrasher Group for close to 20 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil engineering, but his primary emphasis lies in highway, road, bridge, and airport projects.
Jeff Gola, PE
Senior Project Manager
Jeff has built a successful portfolio of bridge and bridge repair projects. He is experienced in all aspects of project control – from design and drafting to construction and project oversight. He has a wealth of experience in highway, community improvement, airport, and commercial site development projects.
Michael Tyler, PE
Project Manager
Michael has developed an exceptional portfolio filled with bridge work experience. He has worked on bridge projects of varying sizes throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and understands the complexities that go along with large- and small-scale bridge projects.
Craig Klein, PE
Project Engineer
Craig Klein, PE, brings roadway geometrics, traffic control, and highway experience to the Thrasher transportation team. He has over 15 years of experience in both the transportation and site development sectors. Craig works out of the Canton, OH office.
Jason Mayes
Project Manager
Jason Mayes’ work with the West Virginia Division of Transportation has made him well versed with design, grading, and construction plan preparation. He has a vast amount of experience in right-of-way design.
Nicole Jones, PE
Project Manager
Nicole works on bridge and roadway projects, and is our go-to engineer for airport-related projects. She has worked closely with the West Virginia Division of Transportation and Highways and leaders in the aviation industry.
Bruce Degroot
Project Engineer
Bruce has been with Thrasher since 2008 and lends his skills to numerous projects. He has extensive knowledge and competency with design and planning, and his ability to work with clients and contacts make him an excellent project manager.
