Visualization

We specialize in creating architectural and environmental virtual reality models. From single rendered images, to animated fly-throughs, to complete 360 degree interior environments, this visualization allows the consideration of proposed improvements from any angle. Construction can be expensive; the need for a thorough understanding of a design solution is important. Our visualization service is a valuable tool for clients, providing the opportunity to review and refine a proposed design before ground is broken.

Sustainability

We have eight LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and have incorporated a broadening spectrum of sustainable design strategies as part of our design approach. Green building practices greatly reduce the negative environmental impact of construction, and green design provides more “livable” buildings with healthier, more productive environments, and lower maintenance and operating costs. Consideration of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) philosophy is integral to our design and planning process.
