Aviation & Aerospace
MAAC owns property at NCWV Airport. This hangar was constructed for MAAC to serve aviation and aerospace companies. In conjunction with the runway expansion project for the NCWV Airport, we utilized 10.7 million CY of soil cut from the project to fill low lying areas.
Our services included: survey, on-site utilities including water, sanitary sewer lift station and force main and storm water detention systems, access roads, and a taxiway. Construction management services were also provided.
Storm Water Improvements
With continued development, the original storm water system became inadequate. We developed a system of inlets that were installed underground and were sized to accommodate future flows. Runoff was diverted into the existing detention basin. The basin was modified to handle additional flows and release runoff in a controlled fashion. The new storm drain system is large enough to handle all existing and future development in the area.
Let’s discuss your project.
