Twin Hollow is a premier mountaintop ATV resort offering direct access to the renowned Hatfield-McCoy Trail System. As the resort’s popularity continues to grow, a major infrastructure upgrade is underway to expand water, wastewater, and power capacity – keeping pace with demand and elevating the guest experience.

Water system upgrades. The project centers on a new elevated 24,000-gallon water tank paired with approximately 8,000 linear feet of new water line. A booster pump at the base of the mountain will efficiently move water up to the tank, ensuring reliable service throughout the resort.

Wastewater capacity expansion. The upgrade also adds 4,000 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer line and associated manholes, connecting the campground directly to the Town of Gilbert’s sanitary sewer network – a modern, dependable solution built for long-term operations.
