Jenny Weaver, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRBP, is the Director of Human Resources at The Thrasher Group – providing oversight to all HR-related functions at the company, including benefits and compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Jenny is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a degree in Criminal Justice, and she is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. She has over 35 years of experience in HR, and brings with her a breadth and depth of knowledge that spans the industry. Her extensive training allows her to bring a more well-rounded viewpoint of the best ways to manage and implement HR policies and methodologies.
