As the Chief Executive Officer, Clayton White, PE, PMP, is responsible for the oversight of high-level operations at The Thrasher Group.

Clayton is a proud graduate of West Virginia University. With roots in the American Midwest, Clayton’s early years on a Kansas farm instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to community, values that have driven his career in civil engineering and construction management. Over the past 20 years, he has overseen multi-million-dollar projects across the country, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role at Thrasher.

Clayton’s vision for The Thrasher Group is deeply tied to the local community and the people of the Appalachian region. He believes in building strong relationships and creating tangible results that benefit the entire community. Under his leadership, Thrasher continues to provide a wide range of professional services, fostering a family environment among its employees and making a significant impact on the local level.

Prior to taking on the role of CEO, Clayton was a key member of the team overseeing the Construction Services  and Energy Divisions. He is organized and highly attuned to detail, which contribute greatly to his success as a leader when combined with his ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
