Contract: SEWER LINE AND MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT

Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Williamsport Town Hall located at 2 N. Conococheague Street, Williamsport, Washington County, Maryland 21795, until Friday, January 6, 2023 at 3:30pm local time. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at Town Council meeting on January 9, 2023 at 7:00 pm.

Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Williamsport Town Hall, 2 N. Conococheague Street, Williamsport, MD 21795. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: The Project includes the following Work: This project will consist of approximately 240 LF of remove and replace sewer, 4,770 LF of cure-in-place sewer lining, 44 manhole rehabilitations and 28,100 SF of town street repair including roto-milling, 2” overlay and pavement marking. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Sewer Line and Manhole Rehabilitation Project. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated websites. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying the amount of each set listed below. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
