Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Sophia Town Hall located at 100 Railroad Avenue, Sophia, WV 25921, until Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 10:00 am at Sophia Town Hall, 100 East Railroad Avenue, Sophia, WV 25921. Bids will not be accepted for this project from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. There will also be a Microsoft Teams virtual option for this Mandatory Pre-Bid conference. If a Contractor is unable to attend this Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in person, attending the meeting virtually will be acceptable. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
