Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Town of Romney located at 340 E. Main Street, Romney, Hampshire County, WV 26757. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
