Bids Opening: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the MVA Clinic located at 1322 Locust Ave. Fairmont, WV 26554, until Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 11:00am local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read.
Pre-Bid: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 10:00am at the MVA Clinic located at 1322 Locust Ave. Fairmont, WV 26554. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours of 8am-5pm located at 600 White Oaks Blvd. Bridgeport, WV 26330. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method requested.
